1. Operator and acceptance

This online store is operated under the CarveDifferent brand by Craft kitties Limited, Business Registration Number 75563578, RM 11B, 11/F, BLK 5, 1 CASTLE PEAK RD, CASTLE PEAK BAY GOLD COAST, CASTLE PEAK BAY, TUEN MUN, NT, HONG KONG. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

2. Product and configuration

CarveDifferent products are made to order from a predefined range of shapes, sizes, flex settings, cambers, widths, finishes, and upgrades. They are configurable products, not individually engineered bespoke geometries. You are responsible for checking the selected technical specifications, TOP and BASE artwork, spelling, placement, and order summary before checkout.

The live preview is a visual aid. Screen calibration, material, finish, manufacturing tolerances, and the physical shape can cause reasonable differences in colour, crop, scale, and appearance. We human-check files before print and contact you if a material production issue is detected.

3. Customer artwork and intellectual property

You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to use every image, logo, text, trademark, likeness, and other element you submit. You grant Craft kitties Limited and its manufacturing and service providers the limited rights necessary to process, review, manufacture, ship, support, and document your order.

Community designs appear publicly only when shared under the relevant product flow. Successfully completed AI TOP/BASE pairs are published automatically in the public AI Gallery after the specific rights and publication confirmation shown before generation. Private references, private directions, account identity, and ownership identifiers are not displayed in that public feed. AI output may not be unique and does not guarantee third-party clearance; you remain responsible for the rights and lawful use of the content you request and use.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel content or an order that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe. If we cancel before production for this reason, we will explain the order outcome and any applicable refund.

4. Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices, paid options, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and currency are shown before payment. The base product and each paid configuration option may appear as separate linked line items identified by the same Config #. Removing a paid option removes it from the order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to manufacture an impossible, unlawful, fraudulent, or materially mispriced order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

5. Production, delivery, changes, and cancellation

Products are manufactured after order and file review. Typical production and delivery take approximately 2–3 weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us immediately about any change. Once production has started, a personalized order cannot be cancelled for a simple change of mind to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Delivery, tracking, address errors, carrier events, and any import treatment are governed by the Shipping Policy and the information shown at checkout.

6. Returns, warranty, and replacement services

The Refund Policy explains claims, authorized returns, the one-year commercial manufacturer warranty, statutory rights, the optional Three-Year Replacement Plan, and any eligible paid replacement outside coverage. Commercial warranties and plans never reduce non-waivable statutory rights.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account and order information accurate and secure. Do not interfere with the site, bypass technical or pricing controls, upload malicious code, scrape protected areas, misuse another person’s identity, or use the service for unlawful or infringing activity.

8. Site content

The CarveDifferent name, site design, software, product tools, original media, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Craft kitties Limited. No right is granted except the limited right to use the store for its intended purpose. Customer-owned content remains owned by its respective rights holder, subject to the limited permissions described above.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and configurator accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Mandatory rights, changes, and contact

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these Terms prospectively; the version shown when you order governs that order unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
